Each axle is produced in accordance with major international standards such as TB/T 2945, AAR M-101, UIC 811-1, EN 13261, BS 5892 PART 1, IRS 16/95, JIS E 4502, KSR 9220, GOST 31334, and AS 7515.

Advanced Heat Treatment System:
Kingrail utilizes an integrated heat treatment process that includes cooling, normalizing, and tempering devices connected via roller tables. This system ensures improved cooling rates, superior metallurgical properties, and higher production efficiency.
Superior Material Composition:
Our axle steel contains optimized levels of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, V, Al, and other elements to ensure high strength, durability, and fatigue resistance. The production process includes:
- Electric furnace or converter smelting
- LF refining and RH/VD vacuum treatment
- Continuous casting → slow cooling/hot delivery → forging → rolling → normalizing → tempering
Complete Processing Line:
Kingrail’s dual-line production system allows simultaneous processing of multiple axle types. The main and auxiliary lines include:
- Semi-finishing and finishing CNC lathes
- CNC and conventional grinding machines
- Dedicated inspection zones with flaw detectors and dimensional checks (CMM)
